Preparation and Usage
Ideal for making creamy polenta, American cornbread, or to add a crisp texture to fried foods and oven bakes. For traditional cornmeal roti, blend 200 g of East End Cornmeal Fine with 100 g of East End Cornmeal Coarse, gradually adding cold water to form a stiff dough. Knead for 3–4 minutes, refrigerate for 30 minutes, then roll out and cook on a hot tawa or frying pan until golden brown.
