Heera Maida Flour – 1 kg
Heera Maida Flour is a refined, finely milled wheat flour (often bleached) made only from the endosperm of wheat. With its extra-fine texture closely resembling cake flour, it's widely used across Indian, Pakistani, and international cuisines for breads, pastries, sweets, and savoury snacks.

Ingredients
100 % Wheat Flour (gluten).

Net Contents
1 kg

Additives & Allergens
No artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. It’s packed in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soya, wheat (gluten), milk, and mustard; trace allergens may be present.

Flavour & Texture
Ultra-fine, silky white flour with a mild, neutral taste. It forms smooth doughs and yields soft, tender baked goods or flaky snacks.

Typical Uses
Ideal for making soft flatbreads like naan, kulcha, paratha and rumali roti, as well as pastries, cakes, biscuits, fritters, and deep-fried savoury snacks. Its fine grain makes it suitable for binding and batter preparation in both traditional South Asian recipes and Western baking.

Health Notes
This refined wheat flour is low in fat and a rich source of carbohydrates, making it a quick energy provider. While convenient and widely used, maida contains minimal fibre and nutrients compared to whole-wheat flours. It's naturally gluten-containing and should be avoided by those with gluten sensitivity or coeliac disease.

Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours. Once opened, transfer to an airtight container to maintain freshness and prevent contamination.
